Similarly, it might be wise to remove the employers' contribution to Social Security (I assume that there is one) and replace it by a tax on gasoline. In fact, the methods of making yourselves less dependent on Saudi Arabia are so obvious that I wonder why you didn't start on them thirty years ago.
