Without a credible exit strategy, bond buyers would eventually panic. The stagflation of the 70s shows that high unemployment does not stop CPI prices from rising. Bond buyers who study history know this, and are demanding reassurance.<br /><br />It is all talk at this point. Just talk to try and keep the bond buyers from panic.
