Maybe tone down the smile a little bit

This somewhat dimwitted couple appears to think it's alright to use the same cheery smiles that were much more appropriate when home prices were going up.
For more on their dimwittedness and one more in a long line of reasons why most people in the real estate business should not have blogs, see this exchange with NY Times columnist Floyd Norris:
Industrious and cheerful to be sure and clearly far more optimistic than the general public, but not very smart as evidenced by the opening retort to the NY Times piece, "This housing decline is being compared to others in U.S. history, when it clearly is different."
Yes, this time it's different - Mr. Norris is remarkably restrained in his response.

Peter Schiff did a pretty serious rhetorical beatdown on Ms. Babb on Cavutos' program last week. Poor Ms. Babb, its hard to see a woman leave the world of adult entertainment to wallow in the disreputable world of real estate!
If it's the weekend program, I should still have that on Tivo - I'll have a look.
This was very entertaining. Of coruse RE professionals will say whatever it takes to generate a transaction. I think she deserves an honorary phD from Screw U.
At least they brushed their teeth to get rid of the blood. Looks like the fangs were filed down too.
