Through a highly placed Treasury Department source, we have obtained a confidential memo from Treasury Secretary John W. Snow to President George W. Bush in which Secretary Snow proposes a bold, yet somewhat unusual plan to finance the Gulf Coast reconstruction.

funny letter. However, it can be hard to laugh about this given the huge negative implications of this debt.
I agree, this is funny, but the debt is not. It is just unbelievable to think that we are going to just borrow another couple hundred billion dollars or so, and life just goes on. Where does it stop?
