Exactly where this was first spotted has been forgotten (Time Magazine?) in the couple of days since it's been hanging around here waiting to be posted.

Odds are that comments made this afternoon by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger when he refused to sign the $18 billion package of tax hikes and spending cuts that were railroaded through the legislature earlier in the day will not be added to the video.

According to this report, he noted, "They call it economic stimulus but then there's nothing there. The state is in terrible condition. We are going toward a financial Armageddon."
