Isn't this what helped get us into this mess?

This came in the mail today from Wells Fargo - I couldn't help but notice that they mentioned the Federal Reserve in two different places.
It sounds strangely reminiscent of a period earlier in the decade when the former Fed chairman would repeatedly say that interest rates would stay low "for a considerable period".
