Bachmann and McTeer on auditing the Fed

Larry Kudlow talks to Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) and former Dallas Fed President Bob McTeer about auditing the Federal Reserve. Larry asks, "Two bubbles in ten years - a tech bubble and a housing bubble - and you don't think the Fed deserves some accountability?"
