The folks over at the Wall Street Journal Real Time Economics blog have put together this pretty neat interactive graphic that provides all the sordid details about what's been going on with the Federal Reserve's ballooning balance sheet.
Of course, it's not interactive above. You have to follow the link to the WSJ blog to see what else pops up when you mouse over the many curves that shoot upward. Maybe these are the "green shoots" that Dan's been talking about in the comments section recently.
