Nothin' went up last week

Well, that is, with the exception of investment-grade bonds as shown in the graphic below courtesy of the Wall Street Journal. For what it's worth, if 30-year Treasuries were also listed in the table, they would have shown an increase as well.
Investment-grade bonds also joined the dollar and gold as the only entries with a positive number in the right-most 52-week gain/loss column. Despite gains for many of these investments so far in 2009, there are still some pretty hefty percent declines there.
