Mary Ann Bartels is making sense
Wednesday, September 09, 2009
Mary Ann Bartels, a technical analyst at Bank of America, was on Bloomberg earlier today talking about the near-term prospects for U.S. equity markets. The news wasn't good.
An intermediate top in Chinese stocks, rising bearish sentiment among newsletter writers, a peak in investor buying in the U.S., and higher selling pressure all point to the increased probability for a 15 to 20 percent "correction".
